JAM Sports Youth is currently offering programs in Niagara Falls, ON. and Welland, ON. Programs open for Winter 2026 include:

St. Catherines, ON (Canada Games Park, 2021 Canada Games Way, Thorold):
- 10 week volleyball training programs, ages 7-9, Sundays 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 pm
- 10 week volleyball training programs, ages 10-15, Sundays, 1:45 p.m. - 3:15 pm

Welland, ON
- House league volleyball, ages 11-14, Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Ross Public School,358 Niagara St., Welland)
